Nicholas F. Demes, Esq.

Mr. Demes is an associate attorney, primarily practicing commercial litigation, business, and corporate law. He is experienced in all phases of litigation from intake through trial and appeal. His transactional experience includes drafting contracts, purchase and sale agreements, corporate formation documents, and secured transactions. 

Mr. Demes holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University, a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and Juris Doctorate from the American University, Washington College of Law. Prior to entering law school Mr. Demes worked as a paralegal in New York. During his time at the Washington College of Law, Mr. Demes interned in the legal department of a national trade association as well as a bipartisan think-tank in the heart of Washington DC. Mr. Demes also worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) during his time in law school.
